Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  1. Manuscript Preparation
  • Manuscripts must be written in English and formatted according to the journal’s template.
  • The document should be in Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX format.
  • Use 12-point Times New Roman font with 1.5 line spacing.
  • Margins should be 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
  • Include page numbers in the bottom-right corner.
  1. Manuscript Structure

Title Page:

  • Title of the paper (concise and descriptive, max 15 words).
  • Full names of all authors.
  • Affiliations of all authors (institution, department, country).
  • Corresponding author’s email address.

Abstract:

  • Maximum 250 words.
  • Summarize the research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Avoid citations and abbreviations.

Keywords:

  • Provide 4-6 relevant keywords separated by commas.

Main Text:

  • Introduction: Clearly state the research problem, objectives, and significance.
  • Related Work: Review previous studies relevant to the topic.
  • Methodology: Explain research design, participants, materials, and procedures.
  • Results: Present findings with supporting tables and figures.
  • Discussion: Interpret results, limitations, and potential implications.
  • Conclusion: Summarize key findings and future research directions.

Acknowledgments:

  • Recognize funding sources, contributors, and affiliations if necessary.

References:

  • Follow APA (7th edition) citation style.
  • Ensure all references are cited in the text.
  1. Figures and Tables
  • Figures and tables should be numbered sequentially (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1).
  • Provide descriptive captions below figures and above tables.
  • Use high-resolution images (300 dpi minimum).
  1. Ethical Considerations
  • Ensure research complies with ethical guidelines, especially for user studies.
  • Obtain informed consent from participants where applicable.
  • Declare any conflicts of interest.
  1. Submission and Review Process
  • Submit manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system.
  • The peer-review process is double-blind (authors and reviewers remain anonymous).
  • Revisions should be submitted within the timeframe provided by reviewers.
  1. Copyright and Open Access
  • Authors must confirm originality and that the manuscript is not under review elsewhere.
  • Copyright remains with the journal unless stated otherwise.
  • Open access options are available upon request.
